We are delighted to invite subscribing schools to the launch of the Cheshire Schools’ Book Award 2024! Josh Silver, author of the YA smash hit thriller, HappyHead, will be joining us to launch this year’s shortlist. As well as listening to Josh discuss his debut novel – soon to be a major film release – pupils will have the opportunity to quiz Josh on his writing journey and buy signed copies of HappyHead, before picking up some bookish freebies for their school library!
Taking place at Winsford Academy on Wednesday 11th October 2023, between 4:30pm-6:30pm, the launch is a free event for all subscribing secondary schools. Your school does not need to have participated in the award before – everyone is welcome!
