Is your classroom reading corner looking lacklustre? Are you stuck on ideas for an engaging class read? Would you like to widen your awareness of recent releases in children’s fiction and non-fiction? Join us at the Education Library Service as we share tips on how to develop a successful reading culture throughout your school!
Taking place on Tuesday 9th July from 4:00pm until 6:00pm, this free event is aimed at primary school teachers, support staff and trainee teachers across Halton and Warrington. We will be discussing how to create reading corners on a budget, using simple tricks to impressive effect. We will also be showcasing a range of new titles, ideal for class reads or for promoting reading for pleasure in your classrooms. There will be the opportunity to view some of our new objects, specifically chosen to bring topics – be it polar exploration or rainforests – to life!
If you are interested in attending, or would like any further information, please let us know by emailing email@example.com or calling 01606 275801 by Tuesday 2nd July 2019.
